No. I am a self-pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.

Most clients begin noticing meaningful improvements within 3 to 4 sessions. The full CBT-I protocol typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for lasting results.

The Sleep Reset is a structured, therapist-led CBT-I program with weekly sessions.
RestWell Monthly is a self-paced membership with weekly lessons and relaxation tools, designed for independent learners who want flexibility.

That’s okay. You can start with a Sleep Strategy Session to get personalized guidance without the full program commitment. It’s a good first step to see what’s working, and what needs to change.
