About Me

Grace Annan, LICSW, LCSW-QS

Hello!

I’m Grace, a licensed therapist specializing in insomnia treatment for adults. I help people who are tired of trying everything—teas, sleep apps, melatonin—only to find themselves staring at the ceiling at 2 a.m., night after night.

I work with adults who are struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling like they haven’t rested at all. Many of my clients feel like they’re holding it together during the day but unraveling at night. Some are dealing with stress or anxiety. Others have developed frustrating sleep patterns that just won’t budge. Whatever the cause, I help them get back to consistent, restorative rest.

My approach is grounded in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), the most effective treatment for chronic insomnia. It’s not about sleep hacks or temporary fixes. It’s about rewiring the habits and thought patterns that interfere with your natural sleep cycle. Together, we’ll look at what’s keeping you up and create a plan that’s structured, practical, and personalized.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in CBT-I. I’ve worked with clients across multiple states and settings, and I’ve seen the real, lasting change that’s possible when sleep issues are treated with the right method. I currently offer virtual therapy to adults in Florida, Delaware, Connecticut, Washington D.C., and New Jersey.

If you’re ready to stop just getting by and start sleeping better, I’d love to work with you.
