Meet the Therapist
I’m Grace, a licensed therapist and mom who understands how heavy life can feel when you’re expected to hold it all together.
I created My Mental Therapy to be a space where you don’t have to. A place where you can exhale, feel seen, and get real support for whatever you’re carrying, without pressure, without judgment, and without having to do it all alone.

Why I Created My Mental Therapy
I created My Mental Therapy because no one should have to search high and low to feel supported. Too often, people are left wondering if they need a different therapist for every issue—one for anxiety, another for relationships, another for self-esteem. But healing doesn’t happen in pieces.
You deserve one place to bring your whole self.
Every experience. Every emotion. Every question.
With training across a range of specialties and approaches, I offer therapy that’s adaptable, grounded, and personal. My goal isn’t to squeeze you into a formula. It’s to support you in a way that actually fits your life.
This practice was built on the belief that therapy should feel human. That it should meet you with compassion, flexibility, and room to grow. Whether you’re navigating something specific or just trying to feel better, you’ll find real support here, all in one place.

Credentials and Licensure
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience providing mental health care across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, residential programs, and private practice. I currently offer virtual therapy to clients located in the following states:
Florida
Connecticut
Delaware
New Jersey
Washington, D.C.
My training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Based Treatment (FBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I also hold certifications in Nutrition for Mental Health Counseling, Financial Social Work, and Maternal Mental Health.
For clients who prefer a more flexible and movement-friendly experience, I also offer virtual walk and talk therapy, allowing us to connect while you walk in a safe, private space. This option supports both emotional processing and gentle physical activity, tailored to your comfort.
